Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation if the order is prepaid.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or whatsapp.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Express shipping fees vary based on location and order weight.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).
  • If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or leave a pickup note.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India. For international orders, please contact our support at support@shauryaenterprises.shop before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@shauryaenterprises.shop.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partners and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or find missing items, report it within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.
