Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or whatsapp.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Express shipping fees vary based on location and order weight.

Delivery Guidelines

Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).
If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or leave a pickup note.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India. For international orders, please contact our support at support@shauryaenterprises.shop before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@shauryaenterprises.shop.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partners and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find missing items, report it within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
