Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return after receiving the product (as per our return policy).

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

2. Incorrect Product Received

  • If the product you received is different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Some items (such as perishable goods, customized products, or hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized/customized orders are non-refundable.
  • Any product returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
